Nothing is collected in the background. Only when you choose to send a report do we receive your description plus basic diagnostics (app version, iOS version, device model) to help us reproduce the issue. The more specific you are, the faster we can fix it.
What to include
- —Which mode you were using (e.g. AR Math Solver, Cues Studio)
- —What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
- —Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS/iPadOS version (Settings > General > About)
- —A screenshot, if possible
Scanner-specific issue?
If the AR Math Solver misread an equation, tap Edit Expression inside the app to correct it and send feedback directly from that screen — it attaches the exact context automatically.
